I am an incoming freshman at UNLV. I will be exploring majors but hold a strong interest in Education. I like to be involved and help out around the community. College is a great fit for me because I want to achieve all my goals and start my own career. Having a college education will open various work opportunities. In high school I was involved in several school activities such as student council and cheerleading. Student Council has made a magnificent impact towards my views in pursing higher education. In college I am interested in joining student government and a sorority. I believe these programs increase many networking opportunities and will help me maintain a focus towards school. My college goals are to receive a bachelor’s degree and continue on to grad school. Beginning this new journey in college is a big step for me. I am prepared for what the future has in stored for me.
